If you have a mega-bus RV, a trailer, caravan, tent or camping is a wonderful way to get away from everything and enjoy nature as a family together. It 's really a great inspiration in family togetherness as you practice more casual living and focus on creating shelter and food, and enjoy nature together. A few simple recipes and dinner, you can find another "soon around a roaring fire enjoying each.
I grew up campingregularly with my family. We pulled a trailer and loved the convenience camp quickly and carry the basics with us. I remember the nights playing cards together and cooking on the grill. We learned to always be ready to leave early because my father liked it, day and night before we planned to leave. He just excited and want to leave early. Pretty nice, right?
Now that I have a family I'm trying to set a reminder for us. We live inState of Washington and the state parks are wonderful. Our favorite, just north of Whidbey Island is Deception Pass State Park is looking a bit 'of water spaces and wonderful facilities. We like to go there. Again, I like to prepare in advance for dinner our first night.
I usually start a flank steak marinating before and at the moment would come, setting field and get to leave the fire, the steaks is marinated and the food is wonderful, sweet, juicy, tasty steak. If you have time before hand, is beautiful, a little 'small potatoes, parboil until almost done. Then at dinner, roll in olive oil and pepper salt and pepper and place on skewers to grill up, deliciously, with crispy, grill marked skin. I usually plan a bagged salad round out the meal and then go to a grilled dessert.
Have you ever roasted bananas on fire? They are delicious. Wrap them in foil sprinkled with brown sugar and cinnamon. Heat untilServe with warmed and eaten with a spoon straight from the movie.
For a great camping breakfast, consider packing some croissants and jam. Wrap the rolls around a roasting stick, so that the opening at the top (we see that then fill with jam). That each person toast their roll over the fire until golden outside and cooked through. Carefully remove the stick and eat off the stick if your brave. Fill the hole to eat with jam or jelly on top and, whileare hot.
