Shore Lunch Fish Recipes for your fresh fish

There is nothing more satisfying than a meal of freshly caught fish village that morning. With a little 'planning and preparation, it is very easy to take a duty of care that afternoon. Mock Crab Cocktail

A wonderful appetizer that you and your friends plan on eating a shrimp cocktail made in your favorite restaurant!

-2-3 Lbs. Fish fillets, cleaned and cut into small pieces

-1 Cup Prepared Pancake Mix

-1 Beer Cup

-1 Egg

-1 Tsp. Salt and pepper

Touch of garlic powder

Touch onion powder

Vegetable oil

-Lemon juice

Cocktail Sauce

-Remoulade

Mix pancake mix, beer, salt, pepper and other spices together. Drop the fish in batter. Heat in a deep cast iron skilletabout 2 inches oil to 375 degrees with a camping stove. Use a frying thermometer to monitor temperature. Reduction of 5 to 6 pieces of battered fish into hot oil. Do not use too many pieces at a time when that cause the oil temperature too much waste. Turn pieces once and cook until both sides are golden. Remove fish with a spoonful of perforated metal and several layers of paper towels to absorb excess oil. Serve with lemon juice and sprinkle withcocktail sauce, tartar sauce or both if you like.

Nothing tastes as good as freshly caught trout cooked over an open fire after a morning of great fishing. The first thing you do is a hard wood fire that has burned to coals.

Whole-trout of about 10 to 14 inches gutted and cleaned

Place whole, cleaned trout on a piece of aluminum foil that has been sprayed with PAM cooking spray. Make sure paper is large enough to fold up a couple of times. Fill the cavity of trout with butter chunks and onion slices. With salt, pepper and other spices that both sides of the fish. Sprinkle a bit 'of lemon juice. Wrap the trout close, so it is watertight. Place fish on the grill and turn your wound every 5 minutes. In about 2530 minutes should be completely cooked trout.
