How Smores - View a purist

S'mores are one of the best stretches around the fire in the world (after Pudge dumplings) with sticky roasted marshmallows melting and juicy regular milk chocolate is sandwiched between two pieces of crispy crackers. Yummmm ...... I want one (ok, two or three) right now (although, as I write this, it is snowing outside and is already more than 2 feet of snow on the ground).

But even if I brave and adventurous to try many variations of s'mores I am still apurist heart. To me there is only one way to do it and the selection of three ingredients (candy, chocolate, biscuits and Graham), is as important as the manufacturing process.

Marsh Mallows - First, there must be fresh marshmallows. Do not try to use half the bag of marshmallows from last year that was hard as a rock. Crack open your wallet and spend a dollar or two on a bag of fresh. Campfire brand marshmallows is better if you can find, butKraft are pretty good. Now the big boys. Do not mess around with miniature marshmallows.

Chocolate - there's only one choice and that is a Hershey's Bar Milk Chocolate Candy - 3 pieces for S'More.

Graham Crackers - Honey Graham Honeymaid are the best. Do not try to be creative and to use those cinnamon - are simply disgusted with s'mores.

Prepare S'More is as important as the ingredients. But we are talking about OE. In the "good old days"Restrictions against anything disturbing in nature campsites and parks, if you wanted to toast marshmallows was a tree and broke a long thin branch. He pushed your marshmallow on the branch and began toasting. I call that child was a child (I did not go camping, but as we have often roasted marshmallows over the coals in our grill at home). It did not matter that the marshmallow tasted often slightly resin nor have we never stop to consider howhad touched a lot of bugs and birds and the piece of wood left over things that are best left unsaid.

Now there are roasting forks available in all stores and large discount stores with a sporting goods / outdoor camping section. Buy a hot dog fork instead of a fork and Marsh Mallow skip those fancy retractable or folding. You have a tendency to withdraw or fold if you do not want. A fork works better than a hot dog fork, marshmallow, there are two poles atIn addition to the two makes it easy to roast marshmallows at a time, and because they are usually longer than marshmallow forks. Also, you have a fork, the dual task of roasting marshmallows and hot dogs to cook or make sausages. You can use a good quality hot dog fork for less than $ 10 and sometimes for less than $ 5.

Okay, back to do this S'More. Put a fork or two marshmallows on hot dogs. Toast the marshmallow is golden brown on the fire, thinkingTurn the marshmallow so that it is roasted on all sides, not just the third, which is closest to the fire. Note that I say to start on fire char black and unrecognizable. Marshmallows are not meant to turn a charred and crisp. If your fireplace is waiting to shoot flames up to 3 meters. Marshmallow roasting will do better with wood ash and glow that means having a hot fire with very little flame.
Immediately transfer the Marsh Mallowhalf biscuit 3 pieces of Hershey's chocolate milk on it (or both if marshmallows do both without losing a roasted over a campfire, and if you like a really sticky S'More, otherwise an "accessory must be run "and enter the extra marshmallows to someone else). With the other half of cookie squish the marshmallow to cover the chocolate melts starts. Stop crushing when the marshmallow starts oozing from the pages of GrahamCrackers.

Then eat quickly before someone steals it from you and enjoy the perfect S'More you did. Share the secrets of making Smores all know and encourage them to spend practice, otherwise all your time will make s'mores around the campfire for all the others and what makes it fun to play them, if not get to eat it?

And if someone tells you that you are a faded in the microwave that tastes just as good made on how to make a fire, are a liar orS'More had never done on a bonfire.
Oh and I forgot one more thing you need, and this wipes to clean sticky hands and sticky after eating your masterpiece!
